With over 15 years of experience in operations across a diverse range of industries, Justin Koivisto brings a depth of practical knowledge that most administrative services firms simply can't match. His background spans process improvement, project management, and the full spectrum of back-office operations — giving him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to keep a business running efficiently behind the scenes.

Justin founded Koivisto Management LLC with a clear purpose: to give small business owners back the time they need to focus on what they do best. Having spent his career identifying inefficiencies and building systems that work, he recognized that admin work and process improvement weren't just necessary tasks — they were his strengths. And he wanted to put those strengths to work for the entrepreneurs and business owners who needed them most.
